Return & Refund Policy

At DMV Designs 3D, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Items

Because most of our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Custom Items

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return or claim has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
